Moody Music is a Discord bot that provides users with the ability to play audio from various sources, including YouTube videos, YouTube playlists (via a playlist link), and MP3 formats ("Content"), within a Discord voice channel.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. While the Bot aims to provide "high quality" audio, the actual playback quality is dependent on the source material, network conditions, and the limitations of a Discord's API. We make no guarantee of any specific audio quality or service uptime.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Play any Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• Play any Content that infringes upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Bot.
• Use the Bot for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

You, the user, are solely responsible for the Content you request and play through the Bot.

The Bot relies on and interacts with third-party services, primarily Discord and YouTube.

No Affiliation: Moody Music is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord or YouTube.

Compliance: Your use of the Bot must also comply with the Terms of Service of all relevant third-party platforms. By using the Bot to play content from YouTube, you specifically agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).

Service Changes: The Bot's functionality is heavily dependent on the APIs provided by these third parties. Any change, restriction, or discontinuation of access by Discord or YouTube may result in the Bot's features being modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. We are not liable for any such disruption.

Moody Music is a tool that streams content; it does not host, store, or distribute any audio or video files. The Bot functions as a conduit to access content requested by you.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to play any Content you request.

No Infringement: You warrant that your use of the Service will not infringe on the rights of any copyright holder. Using the Service to facilitate copyright infringement (such as playing unauthorized copyrighted music) is strictly prohibited.

No Endorsement: We do not endorse any Content played by users and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with user-requested Content.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HARSH KHATRI AKA WYNO IS LIVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
• YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS;
• YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY COPYRIGHT OR PRIVACY RIGHT;
• ANY CONTENT PLAYED BY ANY USER; OR
• ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY CAUSED BY CHANGES TO THIRD-PARTY APIS (E.G., YOUTUBE OR DISCORD).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

This includes the right to ban individual users or entire Discord servers from using the Bot at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice (e.g., via a bot status message, official support server, or website) prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
